Leader Fiona Butcher started violin and piano lessons at the age of 8 and music has played a major part in her life ever since. She joined what was then St James Orchestra in 1976.
A former school librarian, Fiona is also a pianist, accompanying choirs and singing groups, and the organist at Paisley Methodist Church.
